What the new National Assembly can do for the expat community?

As you may know, the big Sunday elections are coming up. Eligible Vietnamese citizens can go cast their votes for the new National Assembly. As observers to this quinquennial general election, what policies or rules do you hope the new NA could consider for the sake of the expat community?
