For many of us, cow milk is the first thing we remember drinking, and we've always been told it's a healthy choice. It's packed with calcium and fortified with vitamin D, both of which are essential for building strong bones.

However, in his latest paper in the Journal of the American Medical Association Pediatrics, Harvard professor David Ludwig said typical supermarket milk may deplete bones' calcium content.

Would that stop you from drinking milk? Many people in Viet Nam say they would continue to drink milk in support of the country's dairy sector. What do you think about this?
