The National Administration of Tourism plans to name and shame tourism destinations that receive many complaints from both domestic and international visitors for providing a poor quality of service.
The list will be published on the agency's official website as well as being spread by mass media.
Administration officials said they hope the move will improve service quality, ensure the rights of tourists and, especially, attract more foreigners to visit Viet Nam and recognise it as one of the most attractive destinations in the world.
