Let’s travel to far-away Italy through the authentic dishes of Chef Giovanni, who has more than 25 years of experience.

Italian cuisine has been famous around the world for a long time, and not just for foodies. Who hasn’t heard about pizza, spaghetti, risotto or the popular tiramisu? You may have been a huge fan of Italian food for long, but do you know the original taste of local dishes is different from the Italian food one gets in Viet Nam? To match the taste and eating habits of the Vietnamese people, many Italian restaurants in the country have modified the original flavours to satisfy local taste buds.

The meeting between the president of TCT group and Mr. Matellozzo Giovanni, owner of the well-known Ristorante al Carso, led to the launch of Mamma Mia, an Italian restaurant in the heart of Ha Noi, whose culinary experts prepare delicious dishes for those in love with authentic Italian flavours.

Located in Thien Son Plaza,a crowded mall only 2km away from Hoan Kiem Lake, Mamma Mia has calm and spacious interiors with a very Italian feel. All the interiors were imported from Italy to guarantee customers a truly Italian experience from the moment they walk into the restaurant. The restaurant has a luxurious and elegant atmosphere, with VIP rooms which are completely private and satisfy the need of business dinners or client parties. In addition, Mamma Mia is a wonderful choice for family meals, friends' reunions or romantic dates.

With deep love for Italian cuisine, in the past 25 years, Chef Martelozzo Giovanni has continuously conveyed his love and passion through his dishes. Meticulously choosing ingredients and techniques, all his dishes reflect his true love for Italy.

With a menu that has dishes full of authentic Italian taste, Mamma Mia will make their customers “travel via table.” You will notice the distinctive flavor of their pizzas, inspired by the pizzas in Napoli, with the aroma of wood since they are made in a wood-fired oven; plates of spaghetti which are not only well-presented, but also satisfy every foodie's appetite; or smooth panna cotta that instantly melts on your tongue, which originated from Piedmont.

“If Mamma Mia were a heart-warming woman, her heart would be the wood-fired oven where we ignite the flame of passion and great dishes are born. In the kitchen, food lovers can not only observe how the ingredients are transformed into amazing dishes, but can also smell the fragrance of wood in the air,” Mr. Martelozzo said.
