IDECAF to screen 5 French films

HCM CITY — Oggy and the Cockroaches: The Movie, a movie version of the favourite French animated series created by Olivier Jean-Marie, will be part of the monthly film screening programme at the Institute of Cultural Exchange with France (IDECAF) in December.

The programme will also feature Jean-Luc Godard’s satirical drama film Le Mépris (Contempt) in 1963, starring French singer and actress Brigitte Bardot.

It will include three comedies, Le Père Noel (Santa Claus) directed by Alexandre Coffre, Tous Premiere Fois (I Kissed a Girl) by Maxime Govare and Noémie Saglio, and Le Fantôme de Canterville (The Canterville Ghost) by Yann Samuell.

The films will be screened with Vietnamese subtitles at 3 pm every Saturday in December. The venue is at 28 Lê Thánh Tôn Street in District 1. Entrance is VNĐ50,000 and VNĐ40,000 for students. VNS
