Gender issue project at The Factory art center

Gender Behaviour, a project that combines sociological research and modern art to raise public awareness about gender issues, will be presented at The Factory Contemporary Art Center on July 9.

HÀ NỘI — Gender Behaviour, a project that combines sociological research and modern art to raise public awareness about gender issues, will be presented at The Factory Contemporary Art Center on July 9.

The event will includet the photo exhibitions Who Are You? by Hortense Plé, a major in plastic arts in France, and What We Talk about When We Talk about Love by Vietnamese photographer Bùi Hoàng Tú.

A contemporary dance performance by American dancer and choreographer Emily Navarra will also be on the programme, and a stop-motion documentary video about gender norms will be screened.

The event will be held in HCM City from 7-10 pm at 15 Nguyễn Ư Dĩ Street in District 2. The entrance fee is VNĐ100,000 for adults and VNĐ50,000 for students. — VNS
