Vietnamese diva Thanh Lam (left) joins three-star Michelin chef Christian Le Squer for an exquisite demonstration prior to a gala dinner on Tuesday at the five-star JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel. At the dinner, which was hosted by the Viet Nam Sturgeon Group — Beluga Co Ltd Viet Nam, the famous chef personally created dishes with premium Caviar sturgeon eggs to satisfy the taste buds of Ha Noi's connoisseurs.
