FRANCE — Well-known French photographer Réhahn Croquevielle’s photos featuring the beauty of Việt Nam are on display in France.

The 10-day exhibition titled Precieux Héritage du Vietnam (Precious Heritage of Vietnam) was held at the Caen Expo Congres, Normandy, France.

His thirty photos feature magnificent landscapes and the beauty of the traditional costumes of Việt Nam’s different ethnic groups.

Réhahn is a photographer from Normandy, France, based in Hội An, central Việt Nam, since 2011. Led by his love of travelling and meeting people, he visited more than 35 countries prior to making his home in the ancient town of Hội An.

He is particularly renowned for his images of Việt Nam, Cuba and India. The media regularly cites him as the photographer who captures the souls of his models. Indeed, Réhahn spends time with the people he meets and builds a relationship with them before taking their photographs. Specialising in the ethnic groups of Việt Nam, he has travelled to the far reaches of this country on his motorbike to capture the latest images of these dying cultures.

Réhahn is highly appreciated by Vietnamese and foreign public, with his portrait photo of Madame Bùi Thị Xong, a boat rower in the historic town of Hội An called the the most beautiful woman of the world, published in the photo book Vietnam-Mosaic of Contrasts.— Photo www.rehahnphotographer.com

Réhahn is undoubtedly one of the most featured photographers of the last three years. He has collaborated with National Geographic and Travel Live on a regular basis for the purchase of his photographs. Numerous articles have also been published in the international media. The photographer is also very active on social network sites where he posts his photographs on a daily basis. His Facebook page is one of the most dynamic with more than 348,000 followers (as of March 2016).
