HÀ NỘI — Smile For You, a classical concert that aims to spread love and sympathy to impoverished and underprivileged children, will take place at V-Art Club inside the Indochina Plaza Hanoi this Saturday night.

The concert will feature both classical and modern works like Salut D’amour by Edvard Elgar, Fanatasie Impromtu by Frédéric Chopin and A Thousand Years by Christina Perri, which will be performed by cellist Bùi Hà Miên, violist Trịnh Minh Hiền and pianist Trần Thu Thảo.

The contribution to disadvantaged children is included in the ticket price, which can be purchased either directly at V-art Club or by calling 0199 319 1775/ 0945 283 441.

Violist Bùi Hà Miên is a member of the Hanoi Philharmonic Orchestra and the Hanoi Strings Chamber Orchestra, while Trịnh Minh Hiền is now a violist with the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra. Pianist Trần Thu Thảo established the THT Art Center with a desire to share knowledge and experiences with people who have the same interests. — VNS
