DA NANG (VNS) — The central city of Da Nang is set to hold a fireworks competition with a difference: instead of lighting up the night sky, it will explode onto computer screens.
According to the central city's information and communications department, the virtual fireworks competition was a creativity contest for IT youngsters nationwide.
