HA NOI (VNS)– To mark the official visit of Klaus Wowereit, mayor of Berlin, artists will present an interactive German culture programme in the capital city's new art hub, Zone 9, this Sunday.

In the so-called Berlin live in Ha Noi, short films selected from the International Film Festival Berlinale and famous 1920s silent movies made in Berlin will be shown at art spaces Nha San Collective (level 3) and Tadioto (level 2) from 4-6pm.

Graffiti artists Zebster and Dickid will invite visitors to create their own T-shirts based on the slogan "be creative – be Berlin".

Viet Nam's S.I.N.E will join DJ and piano duo Marc Hype and Jim Dunloop and Soulrock, who specialises in beatboxing and vocal percussion, in a hip-hop and breakdance performance at the Square Zone 9 at 7pm.

The Berlin-based artists from Light Pirates will compose a fusion of light projections on the background of electronic music, promising a fascinating light performance.

Since the 1990s, the German capital has become a creative metropolis where art, design, music and film flourish and have gained the attention of international audiences, according to a press release from the German embassy in Ha Noi.
