Park Hyatt Saigon is offering cooking classes on Italian dishes, grilled steak and desserts.
Chef Marco Torre will teach participants to make classic Italian dishes like pizza and pasta, while chef Soren Lascelles will instruct them on cooking premium prime cuts of Australian Wagyu and Angus beef as well as US prime beef. Lascelles will also provide guidance on matching the steaks with red wines for each grade.
Pastry chef Bertrand Sommereux's class will show how to bake truffles, cupcakes and tarts.
Groups of five to eight people will work together to enjoy the fruits of their labour and learn kitchen tips and tricks using the best ingredients.
All cooking classes, held from 2.30 - 5.30pm, will require a 48-hour advance notice. Admission fees range from VND1.8 million to VND3.7 million per person excluding service charges and government tax. — VNS
