American photographer shares wildlife conservation experience

HA NOI (VNS)– Discussions about wildlife photography and conservation will be held in Ha Noi and HCM City this weekend with the participation of American photographer Gabby Salazar.

The photographer will talk about her focus on wildlife conservation and her experiences of working at the National Geographic channel. Salaza is a nature photographer and was British broadcaster the BBC's Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year in 2004.

In 2002 she won Nature magazine's Best Photography Youth Category. In 2008, she was recognised by Glamour Magazine as one of the Top 10 College Women in the US for her work with children, photography and the environment.

The event will be held at Bao Son Hotel, Ha Noi and StarCity Sai Gon Hotel, HCM City on Saturday and Monday to kick off the EOS Young Photographer Awards in Asia launched by Canon and the National Geographic channel.
