Ha Noi needs $2.8m to develop IT industry

HA NOI (VNS)— Ha Noi needs more than VND59.5 trillion (US$2.8 million) by 2020 to develop its information technology industry, Dang Vu Tuan, director of the city's Information and Communications Department, said.

The money will be raised from various sources. — VNS
