HCM CITY — Bamboo Capital Group has started construction of the Casa Marina Premium, a five-star resort villa complex with 160 units located on a hillside facing Quy Nhơn Bay.

There will be 64 semi-detached villas, 80 detached villas and 16 VIP villas built on a total area of 12ha.

Casa Marine Report Travel Joint Stock Company is the project owner, and BCG Land -- the former's parent company, is the project developer. 

It is the second phase of the existing Casa Marina Resort, which reports occupancy rates of up to 85 per cent on weekdays and 100 per cent on weekends and holidays.

A landscaped bridge to be built to connect the two is expected to be a new landmark for Quy Nhơn City.

Casa Marina Premium will be operated by global hotel management giant Radisson under its brand name.

Its location, Bãi Xép in Ghềnh Ráng ward, was hailed by Business Insider as one of Asia’s 16 “hidden gems.”

It is scheduled to be sold at the end of this year and handed over to customers in 2022-23.

The project won a nomination for ‘Best resort villa & tourism complex’ at the 2020 Dot Property Vietnam Awards in July. — VNS
