National Assembly launches its coastal lodge

The National Assembly has launched its four-star coastal Lodge Đà Nẵng (NALOD), completed on Võ Nguyên Giáp street after three years of construction.

ĐÀ NẴNG — The National Assembly has launched  its coastal Lodge Đà Nẵng (NALOD), completed on Võ Nguyên Giáp street after three years of construction.

The project management board said the NALOD, which was built on an area of 3,300sq.m, comprises of two 21-storey buildings including two basement floors.

The buildings will provide rooms and conference halls for the 2017 Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) Summit in Đà Nẵng on November 5-11.

The central city has developed more than 500 hotels and resorts projects, providing at least 26,000 rooms at a capacity of 10 million tourists per years.

In 2016, 5.6 million tourists, of which 1.67 million were foreigners, visited the city and its destinations.

The city has so far developed 16 tourist property projects consisting of 749 villas, of which 609 are for sale and 140 for lease.

Tourist real estate remains a favourite investment magnet in this central city, attracting 25 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects worth US$1.8 billion.  — VNS
