HA NOI (VNS) — Syrena Viet Nam Investment and Development Jsc (Syrena Viet Nam), on March 20 will launch Green Bay Village and Lotus Residences in Ha Long City, northern Quang Ninh Province.
Syrena Viet Nam a member of the diversified BIM Group.
Green Bay Village and Lotus Residences are two high-profile projects of BIM Group’s 248 hectares Halong Marina Urban Area which runs along 3.8 kilometre of beachfront in Ha Long City.
Syrena Viet Nam said that for Green Bay Village, buyers will be provided loans at zero interest rates from Vietcombank and VP Bank. Or, buyers can choose a VND100 million (USVND99,466,920) package of installing two-way air conditioners for their homes.
The developer will offer a discount of 5 per cent of the Lotus Residences townhouse’s value (before tax) for any deposits for purchase made before the end of March.
Other promotions are still applicable, including free services charge in two years and a 5-per-cent discount for payment of 95 per cent of the townhouse’s value.
Living and investment value
Developed into a gated community, Green Bay Village will provide a green, friendly and secure living environment for residents.
The green space covered for 40 per cent of Green Bay Village’s total area, in harmonisation with modern and environmentally-friendly designs of townhouses, garden villas, apartments and shops. Green Bay Village will have international-standard amenities like swimming pools, gymnasium, restaurants and playing grounds.

The developer said in December that previous sales saw successful transactions on a majority of offered Green Bay Village townhouses, reflecting a large interest in the project with standard living quality.
While Green Bay Village offered an ideal living environment, Lotus Residences offered long-term investment opportunities. Located at the prime location of Halong Marina Urban Area, Lotus Residences included 159 luxury resort townhouses in modern designs.
The rental pool will be applied at Lotus Residences, in which the developer guarantees an annual profit of 8 per cent of the townhouse value in the first three years in operation, worth up to VND1.7 billion and a 65 per cent of profit from leasing from the fourth year.
With a growing number of tourists visiting Ha Long every year coupled with improved infrastructure, Lotus Residences promised profitable investments, the developer said, and added that the project saw a high rate of successful transactions in previous sales.
