HA NOI (VNS) — The International Information Technology Conference is set to take place in Ha Noi on December 3.
The event, hosted by the Viet Nam Association for Information Processing (VAIP) in association with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, University of Singapore, aims to enhance cooperation and support between developing countries in applying IT to socio-economic development.
The conference is expected to attract 500 delegates from central agencies and professional organisations, as well as international experts and representatives of cities, provinces and IT companies.
The event will focus on two topics: the impact of IT on the growth of Viet Nam and the introduction of a survey on readiness for the development of a smart city concept in 10 Vietnamese cities. — VNS
