VN Paper Corp. unloads all of its shares in stationery firm

HA NOI (VNS) — Viet Nam Paper Corp. registered to sell all 2.45 million shares of the Hong Ha Office Stationery Company between today and November 12, the Ha Noi Stock Exchange reported.

The corporation is the largest shareholder at Hong Ha, owning 41.55 per cent of this firm's equity.

Hong Ha has a market capitalisation value of about VND165.68 billion, with its shares being traded on the unlisted public company market, or UPCoM, at about VND28,000 ($1.24) per share.

During the first half of this year, Hong Ha reported 10 per cent year-on-year growth in turnover at VND282.72 billion ($12.57 million), and 32 per cent year-on-year growth in after-tax profits at VND15.29 billion (679,550). — VNS
