HA NOI (VNS) — The Ministry of Transport has allowed the Viet Nam Airlines Tourism Company to resume the first-ever sleep pod service at Noi Bai International Airport from yesterday.
According to the ministry's document No 12301/BGTVT-VT, the Viet Nam Airlines Tourism Company can resume the service, which was suspended on July 25, just three days after it was launched. According to the ministry, the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam, which ordered the suspension, has also agreed to the resumption of the service.
Thus, 14 sleep pods, measuring four square metres in area and three metres high, will offer passengers fully equipped private space with free drinks and snacks on the third floor of T1 in the airport. — VNS
