VN, Sudan sign agreement on expanding maritime transport

HA NOI (VNS) — Viet Nam and the Republic of Sudan signed an agreement last Wednesday that will provide the legal basis for collaboration on expanding maritime transport between the two countries.

According to the agreement, the two countries will provide support to each other's vessels and simplify administration procedures.

This is the first agreement to be signed in a series of agreements to promote commercial and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

Viet Nam's Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang and Sudan's Ambassador Sayed Altayeb Ahmed attended the signing ceremony in Ha Noi. — VNS
