HA NOI (VNS)— A Ha Noi-Moscow cultural, trading and hotel centre was inaugurated in Moscow, Russia, on Wednesday.
The event was attended by Politburo member and secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee Pham Quang Nghi and Vice Chairman of the Ha Noi People's Committee Vu Hong Khanh.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Pham Xuan Son and representatives from Moscow's administration were also on hand.
The facility will provide overseas Vietnamese in Russia with permanent trading and housing space and facilitate Viet Nam's exports to Russia and other SNG member nations.
The centre was built on a 4.9-ha plot of land by INCENTRA JSC of Eurowindow Holding at a cost of nearly US$240 million. It includes a modern shopping complex and a 21-storey apartment-hotel building. — VNS
