HA NOI (VNS)— This year's Viet Nam Two-wheel Vehicle International Expo will take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in HCM City from December 4-7.
Deputy Director of the Asia-Pacific Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Do Ngoc Chuong, said on Tuesday the event aims to promote cooperation between Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises.
According to Yao Lujie, head of the exhibition's organising board, the event will serve as an important occasion for China's bicycle industry to take advantage of incentives to boost their presence in target markets.
The 2,000-sq.m exhibition will allow Vietnamese and international enterprises to introduce new models to consumers; showcasing bicycles, electric and sports bikes, hi-tech spare parts and energy-saving vehicles from world famous brands including BH, Giant, Merida and Yadi.
A new range of sportswear, safety gear and equipment will also be introduced at the event, while a conference will also be held to discuss how to foster cooperation in the two-wheel sector. — VNS
