Seminar to be held in HCM City for managers, salespeople

HCM CITY — Dan Seidman, named among the top 12 sales coaches in the US by the Selling Power magazine, will hold a one-day seminar tomorrow in HCM City, talking about the best way to influence buyers and advance sales, especially in crisis situations.

Seidman, author of The Secret Language of Influence and the bestseller, Sales Autopsy, will share experiences that he and others have had in facing sales challenges around the world. He will speak on how to speak to resistant buyers, close more deals with influential words, what information different types of buyers like to hear, and how to avoid language patterns that undermine influence. — VNS
