According to the Ministry of Finance’s Public Assets Department, in 2015 industries, ministries and localities reported and suggested solutions for the management of 139.3 million square metres of housing and 3 billion square metres of land.

Related authorities have approved restructuring plans for nearly 115 million square metres of housing and nearly 2 billion square metres of land.

Around 6.3 million square metres of land was sold for VNĐ35 trillion ($1.6 billion).
