Update: November, 12/2014 - 10:19
The Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands) region should have proper policies to preserve its written language, gongs, festivals and costumes, said experts at a seminar held in Phu Yen Province on Monday.

The region needs to focus on protecting the living environment and teaching ethnic culture in schools, they said.

The seminar was held by the Central Committee for Publicity and Education, the Tay Nguyen Region Steering Committee, the Oriental Research Development Institute and the Phu Yen Province People's Committee.
