The Tan Van flyover at the Tan Van T-conjunction on the Ha Noi highway opened to traffic on July 26.
The Tan Van overpass has a total length of 255 metres and four lanes, linking HCM City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces.

Central Highlands attracts more visitors
An estimated 2.3 million visitors visited the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong in the first half of the year, an increase of nearly eight per cent over the same period last year, according to a report at a meeting organised in the province last Friday.
The province as well as other Central Highlands provinces plan to strengthen activities to attract more visitors, especially foreign guests, to the region.

Promotion month to take place in November
Ha Noi's 2014 Promotion Month will be organised in November, with the participation of 350-500 businesses and more than 1,000 shopping points offering discounts, according to the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade.
During the two golden promotional days on November 15-16, for instance, there will be special offer of 20-50 per cent on commodities sold at 25 locations in the capital city.
The programme will start with "A promotional week" designed to attract more Vietnamese students to use Vietnamese goods, to be held from October 12-19, with more than 100 sale points offering discounts of 15-50 per cent.

Fisheries exhibition to promote exports
More than 170 domestic and foreign companies will take part in the Viet Nam International Fisheries Exhibition, or Vietfish 2014, to be held from August 6-8 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in District 7.
The exhibition will feature more than 300 booths displaying products and services such as fresh, frozen, dried and salted fish and shrimp as well as processing equipment, machinery and other items.
Professional seminars and conferences will be organised during the three-day event.
