The management board of the Sai Gon High-Tech Park told HCM City officials at a recent conference that they were compiling drafts on policies to attract high-quality human resources.
They said that the city's policies to attract and keep high-quality employees at industrial zones, especially in the high-tech sector, were too weak and needed revision.
Under their draft, the park said that foreign experts, researchers and overseas Vietnamese would receive priority in buying or renting houses and would receive help to support their work and families.
