The Chang Yih Ceramic JSC has spent US$ 2 million on a 3D printer pattern, high-tech pressing machine to produce luxury goods that can compete with imports in the domestic market.

In the context of more varieties of ceramic tiles being imported from Europe to Vietnam, the Chang Yih Ceramic JSC as decided to change its strategy and focus on the high-end ceramic segment, said the company’s General Director Tran Van Sinh.

"With the goal of increasing our market share, especially in the high-end segment, we need to invest in leading technology to catch up with latest global trends and produce high quality, unique products, competing with western business giants," Sinh said.

The company has invested more than US$ 2 million on a 3D printer pattern, high-tech pressing machine from Italy to develop high quality products. The new sizes meet the need of big real estate investors in Vietnam.

Every year the company introduces at least one more line of products following thorough research of the market in Vietnam as well as neighboring countries.
