HCM CITY — Insurer Chubb Life Vietnam has unveiled plans to expand in the northern market.
Lâm Hải Tuấn, the company’s general director, said the north area is among the markets that were growing strongly.
Under the expansion plan, the company opened two new offices in Thái Bình and Thái Nguyên provinces last week.
“Last year, for the ninth consecutive year, Chubb Life earned a profit in Việt Nam,” Tuấn said.
It has been in the country for over 13 years now.
Tuấn said after a growth of 25 per cent last year, the company had more energy to invest in products and services to achieve its expansion plans.
Its new two offices take the total number nation-wide to 80, and they serve nearly 400,000 customers.
Chubb operates in 54 nations and territories including Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. — VNS
