THANH HOÁ — The Association of Real Estate Brokers has opened a representative office in the northern province of Thanh Hoá.
The three-year-old body, which operates under the aegis of the Việt Nam Real Estate Association, has 3,500 members and tie-ups with most real-estate transaction centres in the country.
It has offices also in Hà Nội, HCM City, Nha Trang, Đà Nẵng, Hải Phòng and Cần Thơ.
Trịnh Nguyên Tuấn Anh, head of the new office, said it would streamline the real-estate market, human resources and information and adopt new technologies.
This would enable brokerage activities in Thanh Hoá to improve rapidly, catching up with the places like Hà Nội and HCM City, he added.
The association said it plans to collaborate with foreign partners to set up an information system. It also plans to collate information for the Government to draft suitable policies. — VNS
