HÀ NỘI — Ericsson has appointed Denis Brunetti as president to lead Ericsson’s business in Việt Nam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.

Denis has been involved in the global ICT industry for 26 years, having held numerous international management roles with Ericsson across several countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Sweden, Việt Nam and Sri Lanka.

“I’m proud to again be involved with the Việt Nam market, as well as Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Việt Nam is brimming with youthful entrereneurial drive and innovation, and I’m excited to join hands with the Ericsson team and our local customers and partners to explore opportunities for sustainable socio-economic growth and inclusion as we together welcome and embrace Industry 4.0, fuelled by emerging 5G, IoT and Cloud technologies and capabilities,” Brunetti said.

Previously, Brunetti served as vice president of Ericsson Việt Nam, Cambodia and Laos from 2008 to 2014. During his previous role in Việt Nam, he was responsible for establishing and expanding Ericsson’s long term strategic partnership with State-owned operator VNPT Group.
