Việt Hà to trade on UPCoM from Q3

HÀ NỘI — Beverage company Việt Hà Corporation will trade shares on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) from the third quarter.

After its equitisation in January 2016, the company had a charter capital of VNĐ769 billion (US$34 million). Of this, 51 per cent of the capital is held by Hà Nội People’s Committee, 24 per cent belongs to strategic investors, and the remaining 25 per cent is held by other investors.

In 2017, the company has set a revenue target of VNĐ271 billion and an after-tax profit of VNĐ6 billion. The business plan from 2017 to 2019 is VNĐ57 billion, VNĐ75 billion and VNĐ65 billion, respectively. — VNS
