FLC Group nominates members for key positions

HÀ NỘI — FLC Group has nominated Vũ Đặng Hải Yến as its deputy general director and head of its Legal Department.

Born in 1978, Yến was the head of FLC’s Legal Department and chairman of the management board of Hà Nội International College.

She held many important management positions at the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), and was lecturer and deputy head of Commercial Law Faculty at Hà Nội Law University before entering the group.

The group has seven deputy general directors now. Its management board has five women, including the general director Hương Trần Kiều Dung.

In addition to them, the group has nominated Bùi Thị Thanh Dung as the head of its Communication and Marketing Department while Lê Khả Hưng will hold the deputy Chief Office. — VNS
