Eight teams to compete in U21 footie tourney

Eight top teams have made it through to the final round of the U21 Thanh Nien (Young People) newspaper football tournament, with the draw set to take place next week in Ninh ThuanProvince.

The eight squads comprise of four group winners, including Song Lam Nghe An from Group A, SHB Da Nang from Group B, Khatoco Khanh Hoa from Group C and Dong Tam Long An from Group D. Quang Ninh Coal and Dong Thap Rubber, the two second placed teams with highest points, are also selected. They will be joined by defending champions Nam Dinh and hosts Ninh Thuan. — VNS
