SHB Da Nang peppers hapless SLNA goalie

HA NOI — Guests SHB Da Nang beat Song Lam Nghe An 4-0 in the 14th round of the Eximbank V-League 2012 at Vinh Stadium yesterday.

In the first minutes, SLNA attacked for a goal, but their efforts failed. In the tenth minute, SHB Da Nang opened the scoring thanks to a shot from Huynh Quoc Anh.

Taking advantages of an SLNA defender's mistake, Nicolas Hernandez took the ball in the penalty area. He defeated the goalkeeper to help his team to a 2-0 lead in the 31st minute.

In the last minute of the first half, Hernandez raised the score to 3-0.

In the second half, SLNA attacked to get a goal, but their rivals played defence effectively. In the 47th minute, Hector scored a goal but the referees did not recognise it due to his offside position.

In the 58th minute, SHB Da Nang's Krisztian Timar headed the ball to the rival's goal, finishing the match 4-0.

Thanks to this win, SHB Da Nang, with 38 points, get one point less than leading team Ha Noi T&T while SLNA took the fourth place with 28 points. — VNS
