Air Force, Yen Bai win U17 basketball qualifiers

Air Force and Yen Bai will represent the north at a national under-17 basketball tournament in Da Nang City from June 24-29.

They defeated the men's and women's team of Chu Van An High School in the finals qualifying round on Thursday in Ha Noi.

The second placed teams will also secure their berths in the final round in Da Nang.

This is the second time the Air Force men's team has won the right to represent the north. — VNS
