March start for swimming, diving competitions

The national swimming and diving championships, the opening water sports tournament of the year, will take place in March in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.

It will see the participation of more than 200 swimmers from 20 cities and provinces across the country.

Last year, HCM City took first place with 17 gold, 14 silver and 8 bronze medals, followed by Da Nang (10 gold, three silver and six bronze) and Quang Binh (four gold, four silver and two bronze).-VNS
