Women's Museum named Ha Noi's most attractive destination

HA NOI - (VNS) Viet Nam Women's Museum has been named Ha Noi's most attractive destination by the world's largest travel website, TripAdvisor.

Located at No36 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, the museum was set up in 1987 to highlight the numerous contributions women have made to Viet Nam's history and culture.

The museum has featured many exhibits about women's roles in the family and in society. A current exhibition on single mothers has drawn much public attention.

Visitors to the TripAdvisor website ranked the museum 4.5 out of a possible 5 stars over the past 12 months, giving it the highest ranking of the city's 80 tourism destinations.

The museum received a certificate from TripAdvisor last month. -- VNS
