Young singer to take part in K-pop contest

HA NOI — Hoang Thu Thuy will take part in the second International K-pop Contest to be organised in South Korea in October.

The contest aims to encourage K-pop music exponents to express their talent and passion in a professional and organised manner.

Contestants will be evaluated on talent, style, Korean language and presentation.

Last year the Vietnamese band Tuxedo and Ao Dai won second prize out of 16 international teams during the first International K-pop Contest.
