Factories causing pollution relocated

BINH DUONG — Senior officials from South-Eastern Binh Duong Province and its city, Thu Dau Mot, have discussed the relocation of ceramic factories from the inner city to outlying areas.

The plan was made 10 years ago, but have not yet been put into operation. Fourteen ceramic factories are still operating in the inner city and polluting the environment.

According to the officials, if necessary they will be forced to move.-VNS
