Japan auto parts maker to open plant

HA NOI (VNS)— Ohashi Tekko Viet Nam Ltd was granted an investment certificate on Wednesday for the construction of an automotive parts plant.

The US$14 million project, located in Binh Xuyen Industrial Zone, northern Vinh Phuc Province will commence operations at the beginning of 2014.

It is expected to contribute $1 million to the State budget each year.

Ohashi Tekko Viet Nam Ltd is a wholly Japanese invested company and the 18th Japanese investor in the province.

Vinh Phuc province authorities pledged to create favourable conditions for the investor to complete its investment procedures quickly.-VNS
