HA NOI — Gamuda Land Viet Nam announced on Thursday that one of its largest projects in Viet Nam, Gamuda City, is progressing on schedule with over US$300 million invested to date.

The project includes an international class thematic landscape garden at Yen So Park and the Yen So Sewerage Treatment Plant, one of the largest modern waste water treatment plants in Viet Nam.

The total acreage of Gamuda City, including Yen So Park, is 500ha and will take 10 years to complete with a total investment of over $3 billion. In preparation for the maiden launch of its residential precinct at Gamuda City, Gamuda Land Viet Nam has successfully completed substantial parcels of its land compensation exercise at Gamuda Gardens.

Phase 1 of more than 300 residential units were released to the market, and all these lands have been totally compensated and cleared. Prior to this, Gamuda Land Viet Nam has completed the construction of one of the largest "Built – Transfer" Sewage Treatment Plants in Viet Nam with the capacity of treating 200,000 cu.m of waste water daily.-VNS
