PM agrees to mark 25th year of FDI

HA NOI — Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has agreed for the Ministry of Planning and Investment to hold a conference to mark 25 years of FDI to the country in October.

In that period, FDI projects have made a significant contribution to Viet Nam's socio-economic development. About 50 per cent of Viet Nam's export turnover came from FDI projects. FDI projects also help create jobs.-VNS
