Over 90 State companies to equitise

HA NOI — The number of equitised State-owned enterprises this year would reach 93, the Ministry of Finance said.

There would be 22 enterprises under the management of ministries, 33 units from State-owned corporations, and 38 local businesses.

Corporations and companies to carry out equitisation in the last months of the year included PetroVietnam's Binh Son Oil Refining and PetroChemical Co Ltd and textile and garment group Vinatex.

Viet Nam National Shipping Lines would also equitise three of its units – Vinalines Hai Phong, Vinalines Nha Trang and Khuyen Luong Port Co Ltd.

Meanwhile, Lai Chau Mineral Co and Vinaconex Investment and Mineral Trading Co, invested by the State Capital Investment Corp, would be on the list.-VNS
