Construction ministry plans office space auction

HA NOI — The Ministry of Construction said it would auction the land use rights to its current 13,000sq.m including three office areas at 37 Le Dai Hanh Street in Hai Ba Trung District.

The ministry calculated that the construction of low-storey building density would be less than 45 per cent. The remaining areas would be used for public works.

Earlier, the Prime Minister approved the construction of a new ministry office in West Lake under a build and transfer model while its current office would make room for low-storey houses. The initiative is expected to improve traffic in the street and surrounding areas.-VNS
