Can Tho launches website
The Cuu Long (Mekong) Delta city of Can Tho has launched an upgraded website at http://cantho.gov.vn as well as 33 other websites at department and district administration offices.
The websites, developed by the city's Department of Information and Communications and FPT Corporation, are designed to develop e-government and promote the city as well as the country.

Stamp issued to salute Heroic Mothers
The central province of Quang Nam has released a stamp titled "Ba Me Viet Nam Anh Hung" (Viet Nam Heroic Mother).
The 32x43 mm stamp depicts the portrait of Viet Nam heroic mother Nguyen Thi Thu based on a sculpture of artist Dinh Gia Thang. It was designed by artist Nguyen Du from the Viet Nam Post Corporation. The stamp will be issued at 15,000 post offices across the country.
